Despite the nationwide drop in real estate sales, both in volume and in price, the Greenwich Real Estate market continues to perform at it’s own pace.  Through June 7, 2007, the number of homes sold and the number of contracts signed is up over the same period in 2006.  The average and median sales prices so far in 2007 are also up over 2006 sales prices.  (Click on the graph to enlarge it.)
